Second Generation is a documentary that explore the impact genocide has on the victims children. Three women born and raised in Sweden, a country that hasen't been in a war in over 200 years tells their story about growing up in alienation. A story about living in a past that hasn't been experienced.

Today the world is seeing one of the biggest migrations since the second world war. Sweden has excepted tens of thousands of immigrants. People who will give birth to an new generation of Swedish children.

 

What can we hope for the future generations?

How can we learn from those who came before them?
